We are excited to announce Summer ESP registration will open Thursday, May 5, 2022, at 9 a.m. Registration will be available online at www.ezchildtrack.com/esp/parent. Our Summer program will run from May 31 – July 29, Monday – Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Please be sure to read all the information below, so you don’t miss any important details regarding Summer ESP.

Registration

• In order to attend ESP this summer, your child must have completed the 2021-2022 school year at a Murfreesboro City School or be fully registered to attend a Murfreesboro City School for the 2022-2023 school year through Skyward. If we are not able to confirm through Skyward that your child completed the 2021-2022 school year or are registered for the 2022-2023 school year with Murfreesboro City Schools by May 20, your ESP registration for Summer will be withdrawn.
• If you’re new to Murfreesboro City Schools or adding a child to attend ESP for the first time, please register your student(s) for the grade level they just completed. Incoming Kindergarteners should register as PreK for Summer.

ESP will be open at the following locations during Summer:

• Cason Lane (serving families from Cason Lane and Scales)
• Discovery School (serving families from Discovery and Black Fox)
• Hobgood (serving families from Hobgood, Bradley and Reeves-Rogers)
• John Pittard (serving families from John Pittard and Erma Siegel)
• Northfield (serving families from Northfield and Mitchell-Neilson)
• Overall Creek (serving Overall Creek families)
• Salem (serving Salem families)

Please note: If your student is attending Summer School, they will need to attend ESP at their Summer School location. We will return to our home sites Monday, July 18.

Billing Options

• Full-Time:
  • First Child - $100 per week ($105 PreK)
  • Each Add. Child - $70 per week ($75 PreK)

Please note: Students registered as Full-Time will not be able to change billing options until July 1.

• Drop-In (will open June 1 for those not already registered for Full-Time, if space is available):
  • $25 per child per day ($26 PreK)

• Material Fee:
  • $20 per family

Summer Holiday Closures

ESP will be CLOSED on the following dates:

• Monday, May 30 in observance of Memorial Day
• Monday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day
